Creamy, cheesy pasta with cherry tomatoes and spinach. A Philadelphia cream cheese favorite!
Halve the cherry tomatoes. Set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat milk and cream cheese in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in Parmesan, black pepper, and red pepper.
Add spinach. Mix well.
Drain pasta. Add to spinach mixture with tomatoes. Mix lightly. Add 1 zested lemon to the pasta before serving for some extra flavor.
