Healthy, baked sweet potato fries with blended seasonings. Great lo-cal snack or side dish. I prefer to make this with white sweet potatoes, they just seem to hold more flavor. Toss some strips of potatoes with vegetable oil and coat with a bit of seasoning, then throw them in the oven and let them crisp up. No need to flip or mess with them once they are baking!
Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil lightly sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Cut potatoes into thin strips and set aside. Blend all spices together in a medium sized bowl.
Add sliced potatoes into a large bowl and toss with vegetable oil. Add in seasonings and gently toss to fully coat the fries.
Arrange fries onto sprayed baking sheet. Bake until crispy and lightly golden, about 20-30 minutes.
