My favorite cure for a case of the Monday’s. Easy-cheesy garlic bread bites made with only 5 simple ingredients! I definitely should have doubled the batch- this recipe yields 8 bites and they are going FAST. I added some Italian seasoning to the melted garlic butter, and used crescent rolls to surround the mozzarella sticks. Pop them in the oven for 10 minutes, and there you have it; an easy, crowd pleasing snack.
Made with only 5 ingredients!
In a small sauce pan over medium low heat, melt the butter together with Italian seasoning and garlic. If you don’t have an Italian seasoning mix on hand, try basil, rosemary, oregano, or thyme.
Open up the crescent rolls and separate into triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with half of the garlic butter.
Place half a piece of string cheese into the wide end of each crescent roll and roll up. Be sure and tuck in the sides so the cheese doesn’t ooze out while baking.
Leave enough space between each roll for them to puff up. Brush the tops with the remaining garlic butter. Bake at 375 on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
