I made these tasty cheesy potatoes on Thanksgiving. Very easy to prep and the crock pot does all the cooking!
Thinly slice the potatoes and set aside.
Mix together the sour cream, can of potato soup, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Stir in potatoes until evenly coated.
Lightly spray your slow cooker with non stick cooking spray. Spoon in half the potato mixture. Top with about half of the shredded cheese. Repeat with another remaining potatoes and cheese. Cook on high 3 1/2 hours or low 7 hours. Serve warm with chopped chives and a dash of paprika.
