Rootbeer Pulled Pork

Gather your ingredients.

Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour the root beer all over the meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, 6 to 7 hours.

Drain well and transfer to a serving bowl. Shred pork with a fork. Stir in barbecue sauce. Serve over toasted hamburger buns.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2-2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 12 ounces root beer
  • 14-16 ounces barbeque sauce use your favorite
  • 8 hamburger buns split and toasted
Instructions
