This easy to make peaches n’ cream recipe is always requested when family come over for a summer BBQ. I love using fresh peaches, especially in August at the peak of their season!
Preheat oven to 350. Slice the peaches and set aside.
In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Place peaches into 2 small baking dishes. You may need to use a third depending on the size. Add syrup to peaches and stir gently to coat.
Bake, uncovered on a baking sheet, for 25-30 minutes, or until peaches are tender. Divide cream between the ramekins. Serve warm or chilled with cream.
