Hands down the only meatball recipe I’ll use! With just the right amount of kick, they’re sure to become a pasta night staple.
Preheat oven to 400. Place beef in a large mixing bowl. Try 1/2 pound of beef and 1/2 pound ground Italian sausage for added flavor. Season with onion, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasonings, oregano, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Add in milk, cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix until well blended.
Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs, and place onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until no longer pink.
Mix in with homemade marinara sauce before serving.

- 1/3 cup milk skim
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
