These Hawaiian chicken kabobs are sweet, tender, and easy to make! They only require a few ingredients, and the marinade is delicious!
In a shallow bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
Add chicken pieces and drained pineapple to the marinade. Evenly coat the chicken and fruit in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Prepare grill to medium high heat. Thread the chicken and pineapple alternately onto skewers.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill kabobs for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve with white rice.

- 1, 20 ounce can pineapple chunks drained
