Though most people buy Caesar dressing in a bottle, homemade is incredibly easy and tastes far superior to store bought. This is a classic Caesar salad recipe with romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, green onions, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Turning this dish into a pasta salad with all the same Caesar flavors gives it a heartiness and completes the meal. Serve with thick slices of grilled chicken breast and toasted croutons.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions, al dente, and rinse with cool water.
Toss half of the dressing with the pasta and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Once chilled, mix in remaining ingredients, including second half of the dressing.
Top with chicken and serve.
